Consulting

The quality of consulting is a key factor for the success of the project. Framework conditions, such as regulatory guidelines (ISO 17025, FDA 21 CFR 11, GLP, GMP, ...) are also taken into consideration.

Implementation

Systat Software offers all services related to the implementation of LISA. Following installation, LISA.lims runs as an "out-of-the-box" solution. By configuring the standard software and customizing report styles and masks, LISA.lims can be tailored to meet customers' individual preferences. Further customer-specific functions can be developed and realized in addition to the broad spectrum of basic functions.

LISA is integrated into the IT infrastructure via interfaces. Online connectivity of analytical equipment and links with further IT systems such as ERP and MES in combination with sector-specific applications create substantial synergy effects: multiple data entries and transcription errors can be avoided.

Training and Coaching

For optimum user support we developed a sophisticated training concept based on many years of experience. The concept is geared to the different needs of the two main training lines: application managers and application users.

Training program:

Generally, participants are trained on their own system using their own data, with the individual courses being conducted within the training system provided. Master data is registered and orders and samples processed using customer-specific examples. The functions of the particular training program are first demonstrated and explained in the framework of the training system. As a next step, the participants are given ample opportunity to try out these functions using their own examples and available master data. [top]

Maintenance and Support
